Scott & Kelly Wedding | Lindale Wedding Photographers

Posted on May 14, 2012

There are weddings we dream about shooting, and this was one of them! Kelly and Scott tied the knot at the Rockin’ C Ranch, a Christian Camp on a working ranch where Scott devotes most of his time! It was absolutely breathtaking! Kelly thought through every detail of her wedding, from the Africa shaped grooms cake to a blindfold for their First Look to the mason jar program/fans to the fabric squares where guests to write a message for their wedding quilt. It was p-e-r-f-e-c-t!

Scott & Kelly, we made such great memories with you! What a celebration of all God has done!

Kevin & Lauren Wedding | Fort Worth Wedding Photographers

Posted on May 9, 2012

We will never forget the words spoken during the toast at Kevin & Lauren’s reception, “These two will change the world!” Once you meet this amazing couple you will agree – they ARE world changers. This sentence speaks volumes about this beautiful couple. The love these two share and freely give to others is quite unique. They make you want to be a better person just by being in their presence!

Lauren’s personality was painted through every detail of the wedding. The bright colors spoke of her bubbly personality. Aren’t the colors beautiful? You have got to see the fortune cookies Lauren’s mom made BY HAND for the wedding. We were blown away :) ! Who does that? A mom who dearly loves her daughter.

Kevin & Lauren, we love you both! Thank you for being exactly who God created you to be!

Austin & Callie Engagement | Abilene Wedding Photographers

Posted on May 4, 2012

Callie & Austin met in Oxford. Yes, that’s England. They were both studying abroad with a group from ACU, never having met before that summer. You can tell this is a romantic story, can’t you?? It only gets better. So, for their engagement – Austin surprised Callie with a trip back to Oxford (she didn’t know where they were going until she looked at her boarding pass at the airport!) and gave her the proposal of a lifetime! Isn’t that amazing? They even had friends take pictures and a video of the event. How special!

We traveled out to Austin’s family ranch in Albany for their engagement session. Callie’s mom and Austin’s parents came along for the adventure, too, so we had a fun family affair! :) It was such a blast getting to know these two, and experiencing their love first hand. They are such a neat couple and we are so glad to know them!

Callie & Austin, hope you love these! Ya’ll are adorable!

Sawyer & Blair Engagement | DFW Wedding Photographers

Posted on April 20, 2012

When Sawyer and Blair greeted us with warm smiles and big hugs at their session, we knew they were going to be a fun couple to work with! Come to find out, Sawyer is QUITE the romantic, choosing to propose to his lady in a Gondola in Las Colinas. How cool is that? Blair is as sweet as they come and totally into her man. Boy, do we love to photograph a couple who is head over heels for one another!

We even got to meet their cute puppy and take a few pictures of her, too. Pups are part of the family, you know!! We completely get it! Blair also wanted pictures in some of the beautiful bluebonnets she saw every day when she drove to work. I think we caught the flowers just at the right time, because they were GORGEOUS and smelled amazing! They really aren’t out any more, so I’m so thrilled we got to do that for her!

Sawyer & Blair, you are such a special couple. We are so glad to know you and we know that your wedding is going to be so incredible because of how much you love each other! Hope you love the sneak peek!!

Mike & Matiana Engagement | Cedar Hill Wedding Photographers

Posted on April 19, 2012

Mike and Matiana are the real deal. They have been together for about 8 years and have known for a long time they were meant to be. To simplify the wedding planning and focus more on celebrating their union as a married couple, they have chosen to get married in HAWAII!! Hello, awesome!?!?! We are so excited for them to be able to get away and get hitched… although we secretly would like to stowaway in their luggage. :)

Their engagement session was so natural and easy, just like the two of them. They felt like old friends to us – our favorite! It was so great just to carry on conversation and get to know more about them… such as Matiana’s amazing wrestling skills and Mike’s encounters with the rich and famous at Six Flags! What fun to get to know such sweet and genuine people.

Mike & Mati, thank you so much for letting us capture you guys in this season of your lives. We hope you treasure these forever!

P.S. We had so much fun with the horses! :)
