Well, let us first say that we are SO BLOWN AWAY at the response yesterday. We got so much encouragement from all of you and we are so thankful for the kind words! Thank you thank you thank you a million times over for taking the time to come to our website! Well hello there! We are SOO excited about today’s launch of the all new Double Knot Photography! We have been working so hard in the last several weeks trying to get everything ready to present to you! Make sure you take time to look around, see what we’re all about, and go TELL YOUR FRIENDS! Make sure you check back to our blog regularly because we will be giving more stuff away, as well as posting our latest wedding adventures, some great tips for brides, stuff about us (just so you can get to know who we are!), and a whole lot more!
A couple of interesting things right off the bat about Micah and I (Ashley) and our business, Double Knot Photography:
- We are 2 professional photographers who have been in business for about 1 1/2 years each on our own. We will still have our own businesses to do families/children/seniors….
- We decided to start Double Knot Photography for many reasons, but specifically since we realized that we love shooting weddings together, we are very compatible, and we have similar shooting/processing styles. This is beneficial to you because you get TWO PROFESSIONAL wedding photographers, opposed to 1 professional and a second shooter that’s usually still learning photography.
- We went to high school together but didn’t meet back up until I (Ashley) was a senior in college.
- 1 of us is located in the DFW area, the other in Abilene, and we hope to travel all over the world shooting weddings!
- We both love wedding cake. I mean, we REALLY like it.
- I like to layer my clothes. I wear probably 3-4 layers at one time.
- Micah loves pickles, but she was married 4 years before she tried relish.
