Andrew & Casey {Engaged} – Ft. Worth
Posted on March 24, 2010
We met Andrew & Casey in Ft. Worth to celebrate their engagement with a photo session. We found out that they are both special education teachers in the metroplex, they like to have fun, and they are head over heels in love. They were SO cute together. Andrew was NOT one for taking pictures (what guy is??), but the way that Casey played with him and got him to be himself was really sweet. We had a good time getting Andrew to have fun, too! His personality mixed with Casey’s was perfect. We can TOTALLY see how they are perfect for each other!
Thank you both so much for letting us get to know you and follow you around, documenting your love! We hope you find some images you love so you can decorate your house!
Can’t wait until the wedding!!!
Baley & Gary | Wedding

Baley’s wedding was B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L. Judy, her wedding planner did such a wonderful job, down to every single detail! I love how she captured both Baley and Gary’s personality
. The day started out at Valley Grove Church in Stephenville, TX. The sanctuary was decorated with a rod iron archway laced in pink/peachish gerber daisies. Candles lit up the room and made for such a wonderful mood for the ceremony. Everyone was all smiles, anxious to get to the reception. I was warned that these 2 families know how to par-tay and YES they do! They know how to have fun
. We concluded the evening at City Limits and danced the night away, I mean they danced the night away! Baley & Gary, many blessings on your new life together!!

Baley is a seriously gorgeous bride! I love how she was up for anything and wasn’t too worried about getting her dress dirty! We met up at a really cool place… (thanks Karla & Lupe) and had a great time! We were so surprised by the support from Baley’s family, as well as her fiance, Gary’s! At one point in the photo shoot, we looked over our shoulder to be surprised with a room full of people
. We had a great time with you, Baley! You’re more beautiful than you know!

We’ve honestly never met a bride like Amanda. You know what a bridezilla looks like? Picture the EXACT OPPOSITE of that…. and that’s Amanda. She is the most humble, do-it-amazingly-yourself, full of life and love – bride. Let us explain. First of all, when we had our consultation way back in the summer, she told us that she was going to Culinary School. Yeah. Way cool. But wait, it gets even cooler. She also told us that SHE would be cooking the meal for all of her wedding guests AND baking her own wedding cakes AND making truffles for all the guests (might we mention they were SOOO good?!). She’s amazing, right? We know.
But that’s not the most incredible thing of it all. When we got to the reception, we found out that she had decorated everything herself. It was SO beautiful and colorful. Then, the guests ate her delicious Italian dinner (We know this, of course, because we had some) after Amanda and Eric insisted the guests get their food first…. just like any cook would do – except it was the cook’s wedding day! Wow. And then, after Amanda and Eric cut the cake, she proceeded to serve it to all her guests. It was such a kind gesture. We’ve never seen it before and we’re not sure we’ll ever experience it again, but what an amazing way to tell your guests thank you for celebrating the day with you. (Tear)
Amanda and Eric, you both are such incredible people, and we are SO SO blessed to have met you, befriended you, and photographed you. You both are such an inspiration in the way you live life! Thank you so much for asking us to spend your day with you!

Amanda & Eric: Glimpse

After you get your pictures taken, it’s like waiting for Christmas to come. It seems like it takes FOR-E-VER to see a single image that you spent so much time preparing for, doesn’t it? While preparing to get your pictures taken, tons of questions cloud your brain. What do I wear? How should I do my hair? Where should we go for pictures? All legitimate questions that seem to exhaust your mind until you make a decision. When everything is finally decided, the picture day comes and none of those questions matter anymore. It’s all about you, your life, your love, and you end up having so much fun together that you forget your “taking pictures”, right? And THEN it’s seriously like waiting for Christmas when you were a kid. I know. WE KNOW how it feels. I promise, we don’t like to make you wait. It’s just that when we have so many amazing people want us to document their lives, we make sure we spend quality time with each client’s images. So, to get you MORE excited about seeing your pictures and to tide you over until you can see them, we give you a sneak-peek. And to get you excited about your sneak-peek, we give you:
A GLIMPSE.
So, here is a glimpse of Amdanda and Eric’s beautiful wedding. We can’t wait to share more!
