It’s always so fun to shoot the wedding of someone you know personally… but this wedding was super special. Since I (Ash) am friends with the bride from college and the groom from leading worship together, it was so neat to be a part of their big day. I think the best part was knowing the anticipation that each has had for the last few months… Adam would give me the countdown in days (love it!) and I would get the scoop on how the wedding planning was going from Kiley. When the big day finally came, what a joy to see how everything came together and they could not be more excited to tie the knot.
Also… my hubby was in the wedding, so that was really fun! He even pulled me aside for one slow dance at the wedding (which was a big deal… because EVERY wedding, Micah & always say that we wish our hubbies danced with us!). It was so sweet. Not so fun – getting your picture taken by your business partner after working/running around sweating for 8 hours. Haha… oh joy.
Adam & Kiley, you guys are so dear to us. We love you so much and pray strength and blessing over your marriage. Hope you love the sneak peek!!

Matt & Kayla Engagement | Granbury Wedding Photographers

I (Ashley) met Kayla in Jr. High and I was instantly captivated by her joy for life and her love for the Lord. I also thought it was very interesting that she was a quadruplet… the only girl with 3 brothers… I was fascinated with what it would be like to live in a family of 6 with siblings all the same age as you. We became instant friends and have stayed friends ever since. She’s one amazing girl who challenges you in every aspect of life. She’s got great faith, a great outlook on most everything, and not to forget… a GREAT dose of competitiveness in sports. Love it!
I remember talking to Kayla late at night at sleepovers, wondering who we would marry, when we would meet them, and what married life would be like. I always knew that Kayla was a great catch, so I figured the man she married would have to be somebody special.
Well, what do you know? She found that somebody. Actually, one of her brothers did. 
Never before had one of Kayla’s brothers set her up on a date, so when one of them came to her suggesting a guy they knew in their bible study group, curiosity was enough to help Kayla jet past the fears of a blind date. It didn’t take long for her to recognize what an awesome guy Matt is, and it was super apparent to us as well. We were totally blown away by the way Matt was mesmerized by Kayla during the session. We constantly caught him looking at his sweetheart and telling her how beautiful she was and how much he loves her. It was so sweet. As we got to know Matt a bit more, we realized that Matt is quite the catch himself! They truly are so perfect together. What a sweet thing to see what God destined for my friend!
We had a blast at their session and cannot wait for their wedding! With lots of laughs and giggles, they are so easy to photograph so we know their wedding will be so special and a joy! Hope you guys love these!

Matt & Jenna’s wedding ceremony had to be one of our favorites. There was such a spirit of love and peace in the room as they exchanged their vows and looked sweetly at each other, committing to love, honor, and serve one another for the rest of their lives. It was just genuinely special and we always feel so blessed to get to be a part of weddings like theirs.
These two got married at The Milestone in Denton, a gorgeous wedding venue that we loved! With the classy location and the vintage decor, everything truly fit their style so perfectly. It was amazing!
